See All ReviewsNot bad for an all you can eat hot pot, but a few more food selection would be nice on top of what they have. $37 is a bit much for the amount they have. They have two tiers. Premium and Prime. Prime is $53. The soy sauce they use at the sauce station is more salty than the other soy sauces I've had. One of the staff, younger girl kept messing up with the soup base orders for our table and another table's. It wasn't even busy at that time. It's nice they do birthday discounts. Free drinks and ice cream so that's also a plus. Would be nice if they had strawberry ice cream instead of double cookies and cream rubs. They should add pork blood rice cakes. Parking in the back can be limited.
Came here on Boxing Day (the day after Christmas) because the wait at Momo Paradise was just way too long. Honestly, it ended up being a pretty solid backup plan! The meat selection is a bit limited for the $39 price point, but the quality of the meat was actually really good. They have about 6 different soup bases to choose from, we went with the spicy and the mushroom, and both were flavorful. One of the best perks? Free drinks! They have the standard Coke and Diet Coke, but they also include milk tea in the AYCE price, which was a nice surprise. The staff was super friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Parking wasn't an issue either, as they have a dedicated side lot. It’s a little on the pricey side for what you get, but for good quality meat and a shorter wait time, I’d come back.
Went in family of 5 including one small child. Paid 150 for the meal all up can eat. The food was fresh I give them that. The sauce bar was not good at all. Limited selection and dirty containers. Basic options for add ins. The soup base didn't have much flavor. If you have a little one who doesn't eat much I would stay away as they will try to charge you for them even if they don't eat. My wife told the older lady working there and she reluctantly told us she would not charge her. The burner kept going out by itself. Had to restart it more thsn I wanted to. They took their time refilling our meats even though they had only 3 tables with people there. The ice cream they offer did not look good and the spoons were sitting in dirty water so we didn't get any. I asked for ice and when he opened the ice machine I saw what looked like mold around the lid so I just left it there. Drinks are not cold. I checked my bill and it seems higher than what I signed for but I'm not going to waste my time going back to ask for 10 bucks back. The older man sits there and stares at you when asking you to pay and makes sure he points out the tip portion. The got stars for freshness of food. Was looking for a good local small place for my family to go to when we are craving hotpot and this wasn't it.
