Came here when they first opened and the food was great. The older lady who was cashiering was rude.... another customer had to check her. Came another time, and they gave me food that had been sitting on the counter that wasn't picked up by the person who had ordered it. I happened to have ordered the same thing. The food was cold and I didn't like that the cashier was dishonest. She was also not pleasant. I came one last time and decided not to go back because the counter girl is too damn disrespectful and shouldn't be servicing customers.
Absolutely delicious. Best Jamaican food i have had in the area. Great people working the counter. You can smell the restaurant a mile away so you wont get lost trying to find it
The food is sooooooo delicious. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The restaurant is also extremely clean. We ordered the fried chicken with oxtail gravy and yellow rice, jerked chicken with platanos and yellow rice, and oxtail with yellow rice and steamed cabbage. This is definitely the spot to hit up especially if you’re from NYC.
