See All ReviewsMy wife and I went in here right after they opened! To say it was a disappointment is an understatement, food was way overpriced, service sucked, we waited at the front for several minutes, finally seen an empty table and just seated ourselves. I ordered a ribeye and baked potato, cooked medium. It came out blue, barely even warm, sent it back, then it came out black and like jerky, the potato wasn't even cooked thoroughly, and was crunchy. Even the sweet tea tasted soured. My wife ordered a ribeye, with shrimp and mashed potatoes, hers was a very similar situation, and the shrimp was just gross! We left paying right around $120 for junk. We will never go back here, and being locals i was sure hoping for something good to come out of it. I liked it better when it was the pizza place! They need to come down to earth and realize what kind of people they are serving in Alma, AR! We like our beef and know good quality
My waitress, Missy, was very attentive and kind. The prime rib sandwich with au jus was the best I have had. The meat was tender and flavorful and the roll was delicious. The hand cut fries were crispy and well seasoned. Really nice people.
Therr were 5 tvs in a room with six tables in it. Not a bad thing but it was also freezing cold. Ordered medium steak, got rare. Ordered handcut fries, they weren't hand cut. They obviously used a machine. The fries were beyond shoestring thin, the skinniest fries ever. Brown and floppy, gross. The steak came with about a quarter stick of butter on it too. The butter of course pooled in the fries. Mushrooms as a side were terrible too. Idk exactly what they did to them but to me it tasted like microwaved, canned mushrooms. Too salty and waaaay too wet without a hint of butter. Who sautees mushrooms without any oil? The service was alright but we still paid $50 for one steak dinner that came with two inedible sides, a tiny cup of brussels sprputs and a baked potato. The only thing anyone ate was the undercooked steak. Protip for the servers and managers there. If a customer is so displeased that they don't eat the food, DON'T CHARGE FOR IT. I really didn't feel like arguing about it in the dining room while I tried not to cry over my ruined birthday so I just paid and left. Overall, a disaster of an evening I will never repeat... Happy Birthday to me I guess.
