First time ordering today, I'm from Clio and was in Montrose wanting to try something new. Timely, polite service and very reasonable prices! Ordered two large pizzas, two toppings and a large order of bread (12pcs) and paid $30! The pizza was delicious and the sauce was just right, the bread plain but really good! It was a great first experience and I will be back!
walked in and placed an order at 7:55pm...was told pizza would be done in 20 minutes. I walked back in for a pick up at 8:15pm and was told "it just went in the oven just now...everyone wanted to take their breaks" (HOW RUDE)! i went back out to the car and waited AGAIN until 8:40pm. I went in to pick up my pizza and left. I waited almost an hour for this place to finish my pizza and send me on my way. That's unacceptable when they weren't even busy, and the entire time I waited in the car, i watched 5 people pull up and go in ahead of me. That's ridiculous! I was there first! and one more thing...This was on a Tuesday!
Attempted to order a pizza for the first time just moving to Montrose, I can say I will never call again! I did not even get through my order before I got so angry I just hung up! Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced!! The woman that answered was condescending and downright rude, cut me off multiple times and was trying to “correct” me for asking simple questions. Wish I could have judged the food itself, but after the phone experience I will not bother to ever attempt an order from here again!
