I stopped by 541 Fusion located at 1572 NE 7th St in the Wild Rogue Taphouse food truck pod in Grants Pass, and once again Alex absolutely delivered. Alex has dropped four different smash burgers, and the one I tried was the Philly Smash Burger. It comes loaded with two 3oz smash patties, thin sliced chuck, bell peppers, onions, garlic, mozzarella, and a gochujang cream cheese all served on an onion bun. The burger was outstanding. The patties had that perfect smash burger crust, the peppers and onions brought that classic Philly cheesesteak vibe, and the mozzarella tied everything together. The real standout though was the gochujang cream cheese — it added a subtle sweet heat that made the whole burger pop. You can tell Alex puts a lot of thought into flavor combinations. Nothing felt overdone or thrown together — everything balanced really well. He also dropped three other smash burgers: a Traditional, a Pulled Pork, and a Turkey burger with avocado and crispy wontons, which all looked incredible. If you’re a burger fan in Southern Oregon, 541 Fusion is definitely worth checking out. Creative burgers, great flavors, and consistently good food. I’ll definitely be back to try the rest of the lineup. 🍔🔥
I help out another vendor in this food truck court, but I can only eat so much chicken! When I want to mix things up, I usually head over to Alex at 541Fusion. His Asian fusion food is always on point. The Yakisoba bowl and the Garlic Beef are both fantastic—fresh, hot, and packed with flavor every time. I also noticed he’s adding Smash Burgers to the menu, which I’m definitely excited to try next. Great food, generous portions, and Alex is just a genuinely nice guy. If you’re in the area and looking for something delicious from a food truck, 541Fusion is absolutely worth checking out.
Really good and the guy who made it was very nice. I would go there again. I got a veggie noodle dish with siracha and it was delicious! I will try the cucumber salad next time!
Definitely give this a try. The smell of the chicken dish was too good, once in the car I started picking at it before driving off. It’s delicious!! The chicken is tender. The owner is friendly. I’d gladly come back for this. Only recommendation, make an option to double the amount of chicken for extra $.
I drove 32 miles to go try this place based off of reviews. While the portion was okay, I'm being a bit biased due to always buying a Chicken Yakisoba dinner from another place and they served more in a to go box, having a scoop of Rice and a small portion of Oriental coleslaw for $10. I paid $14 here, so no perceived value. I asked for their slaw, which was $3 and while it was a good size, not enough flavor, sauce, dressing was not enough to excite my palette as tasty. Don't get me wrong, the food was good and my wife and son ordered different dishes, but they also felt theirs were lacking a little bit as well. If I'm going to spend money, drive the distance or be a repeat customer nowadays, unless there is value or something a bit more that pulls you back to return again. It's seems like hit and miss in trying out new places, as prices go up and portions get smaller.
541Fusion is hands down one of the best food trucks I’ve ever tried! The flavors are bold, creative, and perfectly balanced – every bite feels like a culinary adventure. The ingredients are fresh, and you can tell there’s real care and passion put into every dish. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Whether you’re a foodie or just hungry, do yourself a favor and check out 541Fusion. This place is a gem!
This food is delicious and the owner is so friendly! The sweet & spicy chicken was really good. The Yakisoba was bursting with flavor, did not need to add any sauces of my own! The cran rangoons were amazing. The truck is in a food court with a nice atmosphere, music, indoor/outdoor covered seating. I'll be back over and over again!
We got the Yakisoba noodles and sweet & spicy chicken and omg yum. The rice in the chicken plate was so delicious and the slaw is so fresh. Have been looking for good Asian cuisine in GP and this one will become a regular outing. Atmosphere of the food truck court is nothing too special, but there was seating, shade, and easy parking.
