We had great experiences dining at 89 Eatery. Friendly owner, great service, amazing food and generous portion. Went there a few times during my visit to NYC. I even took my family and friends there too! Would definitely love to come back when I'm in NYC. Thank you.
Great food at a decent price. 4 kinds of meat with rice and fried egg on top. Roast pig had great crunchy skin, roast pork, roast chicken, and roast duck were all tasty and juicy, and the free soup made this meal very satisfying. The tables were clean. The whole food court was full of happy patrons all eating what they wanted. You have a lot of choices in this food court!
Thoroughly avg food that’s precooked, which idem in itself bc plenty of places precook and do it well, but the food had that *precooked taste* and lacked depth in their flavors. Extensive menu and I wanted to like it but there’s way better Chinese food made fresh to order in the neighborhood for similar prices Preserved egg and pork congee are alright Seating is in a food court
