Recently moved down Toms River and was looking for a dog groomer for two dogs both 10 lbs. One is very nervous but NEVER bit anyone. Had same groomer whole life until we moved here. Was using another who we also didn’t have a problem with but she was out on maternity leave and the dogs needed grooming. Went to pick them up 1.5 hrs later and looked beautiful. Nothing mentioned. When I texted to see how it went that I was very happy, she/he said the one dog was a biter, but got thru it. Otherwise did NOT mention it and I was shocked - never Bit anyone. Why didn’t they call me or address it when husband and son picked them up. Not a word until I asked I’m a text. When I went to make another appt, said can’t take them because they r a liability - bite risk. What the heck? Only time mentioned it was when I asked how they did. I will show u the text. It was like nothing not a big deal. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Never experienced anything like this ever with this dog. I don’t get it other than her being nervous - but not vicious. Either inexperienced or they hurt her if it even happened. One or the other. U could hold her in palm of ur hand. I guess they drink the TR Kool Aid Too. Bye Bye.
I couldn't say anything negative about these girls. They are wonderful. Kelly is the best and her sister Tammy. Also the best, they took my dog in without an appointment. Which I don't think any other grooming place would saved the day. I would tell everybody to go to the store groomer.She's great.Her sister works with her, who also is a groomer.I give them a one hundred percent review from kathleen b
Our Teddy looked like a ragamuffin (see pic) and was deparate to be cleaned up. What a difference a wash & cut makes! We’re very happy with the work Tammy did! Thank you!
