I visited your establishment with the expectation of enjoying authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Using the name “Puerto Rico” in your branding should reflect a commitment to genuine flavors and high-quality food, but what I encountered was disappointing. The dishes lacked the traditional seasoning and authenticity that define Puerto Rican cuisine. Additionally, I observed serious health and safety concerns. There were multiple flies around the food, raising concerns about sanitation and food safety practices. Given these conditions, I will be reporting my concerns to the appropriate food safety authorities for further review. Furthermore, your pricing does not align with the quality of the food served. Overcharging for subpar, poorly seasoned food that does not represent true Puerto Rican flavors is unacceptable. Customers deserve both authenticity and proper hygiene standards when dining out. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I will be sharing my experience with others to ensure they are aware of these issues. I strongly urge you to reevaluate your food preparation, hygiene standards, and overall quality to better reflect the expectations of those who seek genuine Puerto Rican cuisine.
Was at a birthday party that was catered by this restaurant/ food truck. Food was a hit! They roasted a pork that was delicious, everyone got 2nds and 3rds
