3 months agoThis was my father-in-law's favorite spot to eat in town. So when he passed, about thirty of us went in, and with just one waitress and one cook on at the time, they made it all work and with a smile. No one in our group had any complaints about the food. Very pleased, and I highly recommend it.

4 months agoWe were out for a ride and found this little gem. Food was so good, and we got dessert to take with us, which was amazing. We may have found a new place to frequent. Diffently will visit again.

6 months agoI cannot recommend this place at all. We had ordered a small order of French toast, an omelette with ham added and white toast, and a white star special which is eggs, wheat toast, sausage links, and home fries. It took 30 minutes for the food to come out. The French toast was burnt and the syrup it came with had the consistency of water. The omelette was maybe slightly undercooked as the cheese wasn’t fully melted. Otherwise was fine. The white star special came in two separate parts as at first only the eggs and the wheat toast came out. Whatever butter they used on the wheat toast tasted weirdly salty. Then finally the second half of it came out which was sausage links and a hashbrown which wasn’t what we ordered. Wait staff are friendly but whoever was making breakfast was awful.

a year agoFood was overall great Family all liked their food My French toast had so much cinnamon it looked like rye bread haha not my favorite Dirt pudding worth going back for Lots of other desserts as well !

2 years agoSo I have a secrete obsession with food I love to cook and try new foods. But I secretly would love to be a good critic that's why I take food pics of things I make myself or eat. And I love trying new restraints (ecspecially small town diners) And I have to take a moment to give a shot out t my favorite place to eat in Adams county by far I have a couple more places to try but by far Abby’s Place has got my number one spot on places to try in #AdamsCounty. So giving my Wana be critic mind on Abby's service- 10/10 - always greeted and leave with a word from a staff member and always smiles. The workers seem to flow well together and are fast and officiant, and always seen smiling. And they are great on the amount of interference to the table wile dining keep up with if you need something but don't over do it love that! Food-10/10 - (I would give so much more if I want on a scale of 0-10) food is always perfect temp, portion sizes are beyond fantastic. Pricing is very affordable (I always over spend because the food is so good it makes it hard to decide what I want) and the desserts OMG don't even get me started they always have a wonderful fresh selection of desserts. Even have wonderful new desserts to try almost everyday they update their Facebook page daily with their specials and sometimes special desserts. Restaurant atmosphere- 10/10 - open rooming positive environments family-friendly, welcoming environment, very clean, restrooms as well are nice clean and welcoming, it's a great place to come in for a meal by yourself on a date as a family, or even alone with just a cup of coffee and a book. If I were to rate Abby's as a 0 to 5 star I would give Abby's five stars because they're doing a wonderful job and I hope if they keep up the good work and I hope they stay open and I look forward to many more visits and I would definitely recommend this to anyone as a place to eat either alone or with people. Please enjoy some pictures I took of our food. However a Sandwich is missing because as soon I said hit the table it was gone it looked that good smells that good that they couldn't wait for the picture to be taken LOL.

2 years agoWe went on a Saturday around 9 so they were quite busy but the service was good and the food was delicious and the prices were great! We will definitely be back.

3 years agoGreat little place. Excellent Philly & cheese with waffle fries and the shrimp & fry dinner was great too! Pictures are our leftovers. Friendly staff and pretty busy. Seems to be a popular local establishment.
