We had good food, but managed to annoy the waiter when asked for an actual bill supremely… He wanted to just handwrite it down.
Great place, delicious typical food and nice people
Nice food, good service and well-served portions. We sat in the new terrace and inside there was men playing a calm traditional music. The food was very tasty. The chicken sauce was spicy but manageable with the traditional bread served with the plate. It is worth the experience.
One of the best Ethiopian food in Geneva! Served with a smile and great service. Must try!
Very tasty food. Huge proportions (almost all tables had 15-25% leftovers…pity). Friendly, courteous service and very helpful staff. Very well located opposite the Central station and therefore parking not a problem. Recommend this restaurant to anyone.
We are group of 3 and are not big eater so 2 portions (like in the picture) are more than enough for us. The great thing is that they allow it! According to my friend, this is really close to what is authentic in Ethiopia. You must try Tej which is a honey wine, sweet taste and would add more flavour to your dish.
The Ethiopian food was nice than I expected as I am a vegetarian. The chicken that my friend ordered has only 1 bone piece.
I’ve never eaten Ethiopian food and was up to try this for a late lunch when everything else was closed. Have been meaning to try it and this is a great first spot to try! Every single small dish on top of the sourdough bread is so tasty, and yummy. I was alone and it’s definitely a cuisine to eat with many or at least more then one! Lol please come and support the locally owned business and adorably kind people that run it!
