2 weeks agoI had the pleasure of trying the salmon cheesesteak from A&E for the first time and it was 🔥 for real. This is one of the best tasting cheesesteaks on this side of the state. The only thing I'd change is to chop the salmon up a lil bit more other than that it was a nice portion and flavor. I'll definitely be back. 🤗

2 months agoi ordered pickup through grubhub and the only thing right about my order was the macaroni and cheese... the food was good tho i wanna order again just a little skeptical 😩

4 months agoWe ordered out the other day, I had the fish with Mac and cheese and a side salad. Honestly, some of the best Mac and cheese I didn't make myself. Fish fried perfect!! Salad was full of veggies and dressing was amazing, much much better than most restraunts in the city. The hubby got 2 orders of the wings with green beans, fries and added linguine pasta salad. He loved all of it! Top tier!!!

Edited 4 months agoAaaaye listen right if you’re close to Mckeesrocks or even near, if you or ya kids hungry yall should slide over to A&E Eatz, Owner she’s very respectful & cooks ya food in a timely manner & fresh, this probably my 11/12th time here. Food definitely 🔥🔥 i had about everything in here but these bbq wings is my favorite but tbh though if you’re hungry & never been here check her out💯

5 months agothe honey glazed salmon ( tasted burnt and rushed no seasoning whatsoever, no flavor ) , linguine (was pink im confused, BLAND ) , mac and cheese ( no flavor tasted like macaroni noodles and cheese BLAND ) , greens ( no flavor ) , sweet potatoes ( this was probably the best thing aside from the canned ginger ale and the orange drink barely ) and strawberry cheesecake ( was so soggy and the strawberry’s were not fresh at all ). so disappointed. will not be returning 0/10! spent over $50 for this BS

5 months agoI ordered 6 wings with gparm crack dust seasoning and one side of Mac for 20$ on DoorDash pickup at around 7 pm. Guys this food had me in a better mood after I ate it, it was that good. it is most definitely the best soul food in the entire west/southside of Pittsburgh there’s not a single place I’d rather go now after trying here. The chicken had so much crack dust on it I sprinkled some on the Mac and started ascending out of earth yall😂. Everything is made from scratch there you can absolutely tell not cheap soul food like you’ll find around here, this stuff is worth every penny of what you get.

5 months agoMy friend lives in mckees rocks and wanted to treat me. I was so glad to see a black restaurant but it is takeout only. Got six wings and potato salad. It smelled so good in the car. The wings were tiny and flavorless. I guess I should have got the dust that was suggested. The potato salad looked horrible and tasted worse than it looked, too sweet and too runny. I will be glad to donate some potato salad and give you the recipe. I will come again because of the sweet young lady and I support black businesses.

2 years agoFirst time there. Bought wings and fries. The fries were from fresh potatoes not frozen from what I could tell. Not greasy or over or undercooked. Seasoned perfectly for my taste. Definitely will stop again. Wings were very good. Crispy not overcooked. I tried three flavors. All three were tasty.
