See All ReviewsPassing by with some, we couldn't help be drawn in by the afrobeats music. Walking in, what a vibe! With no cover charge, from the decor to the beats, it definitely got us bumping! While the (small) dance floor was empty, over the time of just dancing to the music it filled out and got fun. The DJs know what they're doing! Can't wait to go back.
I finally stumbled upon my first African restaurant where I could enjoy some Ghanaian cuisine! The positives: the atmosphere, the music, and the fantastic food choices. The food took almost two hours to arrive, but they offered a complimentary drink, and the service was generally good, so I didn’t mind too much. I ordered Jollof with chicken. It was delicious, but I was quite disappointed with the size of the chicken fillet. It reminded me of traditional Ghanaian food portions! Their double is the price of a full drink, so keep that in mind when they try to upsell. When it was time to pay, even though they clearly state that gratuity was already included, the bartender claimed she didn’t get anything. I’m not sure if it’s a management issue, but there seems to be some dishonesty involved, and I wasn’t happy about it.
The atmosphere, aesthetics, the customer service amazing this is my second time here. I had to bring my sister to experience this, couldn’t wait to come back. I love the food; talk about delicious!!! The appetizer taco with the crab cake and the Fūfu with goat meat 😋😋😋 the owner very hands on. The music such a vibe.
