See All ReviewsThe menu has many options, including unique wines, and the food and service were excellent. For lunch, I had the borscht, eggplant, and chebureki. All delicious. They were also preparing a special Valentines Day menu that I wish I could've tried. Something to look forward to next season.
We always like to try a style of food that we had not previously tried. So when we saw a restaurant listing traditional food from Uzbekistan, we were definitely intrigued. We got the dinner for two to try a little bit of everything. It was definitely a great choice. The Uzbek food is a combination of traditional Uzbek food with the influence of many other cultures. For instance, dolmas were included in the sampler. I have tried both Greek and Middle Eastern style dolmades, and these had a unique taste. Everything on the dinner for two was delicious and had many different flavors and textures. The owner was very nice and did the cooking herself. It's a small restaurant, about six tables inside and tables outside, but they do take reservations. It was a unique and delicious experience.
We found this place by just driving by. We never had an Uzbek food, and although not many people were inside, we decided to give a try. Wow!!! What a wonderful experience: from beet soup to dolma appetizer, kebabs, and desserts, all cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. We had a wonderful server - Zulayho, a lovely girl that arrived in the US barely 7 months ago, who treated us humbly with a gorgeous smile. We will be back in here!!!
