Cooked to order. Super tasty.
Went last night around 915 because I heard the food is good. Was waiting In line for 15 minutes with family and when it was my turn to order the women spoke Spanish and I said was sorry but I don't speak Spanish. She banged on a service bell to get somebody attention at a table near the food truck and several people (3) cut in front of us and we weren't served. Very sad and rude 😞 😢
Home style cuban. The cook is fabulous and welcoming. Food was beautifully plated and flavorful. We have tried many Cuban restaurants over the years and restaurant Ahumados Malbia is the best. No one else comes close to serving Cuban cuisine of this high quality. Comfortable porch seating, for dining in. Chuletas de Puerco were tender and moist. Served with fried plantains, Cuban Rice and a salad of lettuce, avacado and tomato. We also enjoyed the world's best tamale. Tender moist masa with pork, corn and veg, and topped with a drizzle of pork au jus and chilis. Amazing. Finished with a tasty maracuja jugo. Also a cute little Cuban market inside, with a good general selection of groceries, including fresh veg, and baked sweets.
