We have been in Luxor for four days and all four days we have had dinner here. The place is small and cozy. Food is delicious, and the portions are great. But most importantly, the staff was so welcoming and kind. A combination of all of these made us want to come back here every time. You will not regret having a meal here, I promise. Our personal recommendations are: - kofta - shish kebab - apple crumble - chocolate mousse - min tea
If you are staying anywhere near or at the Sonesta st. George hotel do your self a favor and make the time to eat here. After reading some of the bad reviews about the food being flavorless or staff not being attentive im not sure what resturant they went to but it certainly wasnt this one. Food was some of the best Egyptian food I've had in the 2 weeks I've been here and the staff was fabulous. Ont leave here without giving them a shot. Also who ever it was that complained about the price was way off the mark and was very affordable if not cheaper than other places I have been to here in egypt with the food being better. Great place and staff will definitely reyurn!
I went in for a quick vegetarian dinner the week of December 1st, 2025, and I was accommodated smoothly and fast. I had a time limit and the restaurant staff watched their clock. The dinner was also quite good. Highly recommend and an easy walk from a number of hotels including the Sonesta St. George.
