I wanted to share some feedback regarding your products, which I have been purchasing regularly here in Chicago. Although your items are a bit on the pricey side, I have always felt that the superior quality justified spending the extra money. Recently, however, I noticed that your chips are made with canola oil. I would strongly encourage you to consider using coconut oil or other healthier oil options in your products. Given the importance of ingredient quality, this change would make a meaningful difference for customers who are conscious about their health. Unfortunately, unless there’s a shift in the oils you use, I don’t think I will continue buying your products. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback, and I hope you’ll review your ingredient choices in the future.
Family owned small business. Great variety of fresh and tasty snacks and sweets. Everything is made on-site. Owner is very welcoming and friendly.
Though variety of Kerala snacks are available only achappam is good and consistent. They don’t add expiry date or price on the packets
