a month agoOne of the best halal restaurant in Fresno, authentic Arabic food, excellent quality service, great location, available parking, on time served, good atmosphere, appetizers are so good and great dessert as well. I visited for Mother’s Day’s dinner with my wife and kids, they are welcoming us very nicely, very friendly people, two Arabic girls are serving food, very comfortable with customers, manager is friendly as well, he offered us to take pictures, which is very helpful. Definitely come back again and again.

a month agoGreat Yemeni restaurant with authentic, flavorful food. The mandi was perfectly cooked, the meat tender, and the rice full of aroma. Fresh bread, generous portions, and friendly service. Definitely coming back!

2 months agoThis place was absolutely outstanding! Everything was top quality—the food, the atmosphere, and especially the staff and their hospitality. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and respectful, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The restaurant was very clean, beautiful, and had a calm, relaxing vibe. The food was incredibly delicious and perfectly cooked. The kababs were juicy and flavorful, and the lamb haneeth was amazingly tender and cooked to perfection. The falafel was fresh, crispy, and very tasty. The mix grill plate was also fantastic, with a great variety of perfectly cooked meats, served with rice, hummus, and salad. They also serve fresh bread made in-house, which was warm and delicious. We finished with Yemeni black tea and baklava, and they were absolutely amazing—the baklava was fresh, sweet, and perfectly paired with the tea. We highly, highly recommend this place. If you are visiting Fresno, you must come here! We will definitely be coming back.

3 months agoI was passing through Fresno and tried al hadara restaurant, it was wonderful. The chicken was tender and the salad base was fresh and delicious. Strong recommend.

3 months ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Al-Hadara was absolutely amazing. The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. We ordered the large lamb platter over rice and it was cooked perfectly — tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. The rice had great flavor and the portion size was huge, definitely enough to share. The hummus was smooth and creamy with olive oil and chickpeas on top, and the fresh bread that came with it was warm and soft. Everything tasted authentic and well prepared. Service was friendly and the atmosphere felt comfortable. If you’re looking for quality Middle Eastern food with generous portions, Al-Hadara is a must try. I’ll definitely be coming back.

5 months agoSuper impressive Yemeni cuisine- We ordered the beans, Baba ghanoush, shakshukah , and dates breakfast. Everything tasted very fresh and illuminated with flavor. The milk tea and coffee had a delicious cinnamon cardamom type of taste. Fresh ingredients and very clean restaurant. Definitely will return again!

9 months agoThe best middle eastern food I’ve tasted in California and maybe in North America. Very authentic food, music and ambience. Very friendly staff, and the owner is on top of everything from the food preparation to customer service taking care of the details. Amazing experience
