Aldo’s is my favorite New York style pizza in the shenango valley. Support this locally owned family business. You won’t regret it. Pizzas by the slice all day long.
Had high hopes for this place. By all accounts the food is good but expensive. It looked very good however I ordered a thick mushroom and cheese and a thin extra pineapple and pepperoni., as well as a thin Margarita pizza. When I got home I found I had a thick extra pineapple with pepperoni and a thin mushroom extra cheese. When I called they did admit to their mistake but they're only fix for it would be for me to bring the pizzas back tonight and they would give me a thick pizza or I can come in tomorrow for another thin mushroom. The point of the matter is I didn't want a thin mushroom I wanted a thick mushroom. There's no point in giving me a replacement pizza if I can only get another thin mushroom which I didn't want. I am more than willing to pay the extra for the thick pepperoni no problem. However the only resolution was for me to bring back the pizza for them to make a new one or to get a free thin mushroom the next day and after working all day I don't want to go back out. The food looked good, but when I tried to eat the thick pizza it was dry and hard. When I picked up the slice of thin Margarita pizza all the toppings came off and I was left with soggy pizza skin and no toppings or sauce. I have quite honestly lost my appetite and I won't be going back! This is a real massive disappointment! I spent over $90 on three pizzas and two desserts and they will not correct the mistake and it's just very frustrating! Will not go back. Wish I could give negative stars!!
The hours are wrong on google, so I accidentally called about 10 minutes before they closed. They were so great, told me to be there in 15 minutes and they'd get my order done. Let me tell you ... their extra thick veggie is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Perfect ratio of crust to toppings, and absolutely delightful. Aldos is definitely the IT place for pizza in Sharon!
