I just went to this place very bad experience, very bad customer service , and bad attitude . The menu had no drink options . I order rice, beans and rabo The rice was really hard making it hard to eat and the rabo was horrible no meat and raw. The lady who served us had an attitude and had no clue about prices or food options. I asked her how much was it for a side order of salami had no clue and said 3 for $5 when i got the recipe she charged more for what she had said.The food was not eaten and all got thrown out that’s how bad it was overpriced and not even good.

Costumer service was bad the lady had attitude and unmotivated to work , the girl who attended us didn’t know what she was doing we asked her how much was the salami and she replied with 3 for 5$ and at the end she had charged us 3.12$ for each salami piece and I had ask for 8 not good Second of all the food was hard the rice and beans seems like it was just microwave I don’t know if they had a racial thing towards us but we won’t come back to this place again. I hope they fix the system, I can agree with the other bad reviews that the restaurant has gotten.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was served cold, and the chicken was extremely hard and difficult to eat. The pernil was mostly fat with barely any actual meat, which was very frustrating. On top of that, there were no soda options available to drink, which limited our choices. The restaurant itself was freezing, making it uncomfortable to even sit and enjoy the meal. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and not what I expected.
