See All ReviewsGreat service and food. It was quality. I had the Bandeja Paisa and it d8dnt disappoint. Dont get confused. Its not the building as shown in the picture anymore. Its now a food truck and still great. I try to go once a week.
First, this is a food truck now. And are we glad we stopped by to try it. Fabian and Pedro were so warm and welcoming. They pointed us to a table that would not get a lot of sunlight and brought us bottles of water. They made us fresh tamarind and mora juices and they were delicious. We started with colombian empanadas and they were filled with delicious, plentiful beef and chicken. Their spicy green sauce was great. For dinner, I had mofongo with pork meat. They put chicharron in their mofongo and it was one of the best I have had in my life. And I have had mofongo in PR, DR, NYC, and Florida. My wife had their steak with onions and white rice. Simple dish but it was done perfectly. We skipped dessert because we were full. My wife wanted coffee and Pedro made it fresh for her. So nice. We will defitinely be back. Thank you Fabian and Pedro!!
Food was great. I was really in the mood for a mofongo and they did not disappoint. It was delicious, full of flavor. The meat was super tender, really makes them stand out, usually since it's fried it's a bit tougher but this was just juicy and easy to chew. The fruit juices were great too. I had tamarind, really hit home with that one. I recommend the mofongo, empanadas & empanadillas. I'll try more items next time I'm in the area.
