See All ReviewsAwesome. Its worth the early morning wait. Food delicious. Pancakes better than cracker barrel.
I love coming to eat here on my lunch. It's almost like going to your mom's house. The prices are amazing without sacrificing the quality and taste.
We came to Alejandra’s on Sunday for a late breakfast with the family. The service was terrible from the beginning- it appeared as though it was a bother to wait on us. They were hostile, extremely rude and snarky. It made us uncomfortable the entire meal. Then the food came out cold and some of the orders were incorrect. We tried to make the most and enjoy it. At the end of the meal I went to pay and I got charged for my order and three other orders. They were rushing us out didn’t bother to ask or allow me to explain -they just ran my card through. I didn’t make a big deal of this because I didn’t want to complain. However being a business owner and understanding that service is key is why I am writing this review. Customers should not be treated like this. You go out to a restaurant with family to enjoy a pleasant meal not to feel uncomfortable by the hostility of the staff and owners. I hope they see that customers are essential and valuable and should not be taken for granted. If you are looking for good traditional Mexican food I would suggest great alternatives like Dona Carmen’s, 911 cafe, frijoles to name a few better options.
