Billing scam operation. Their medical transport operation refuses to bill your insurance (Medicare and the VA in my case) and insists that you pay them yourself. Anything associated with Hackensack Meridian should be avoided like the plague.
Wish I could chose 0 stars. This is the company contracted by a nursing home at which my mother is supposed to receive rehab. They told the nursing home they'd be 45 mins late picking her up for her first appointment after admission upon which her therapy would be predicated. The rehab called to keep me informed they'd be late and then told me this happens with this company all of the time. I suppose they bill the rehab the least or have a personal connection to the person at the rehab responsible for contracting them. How else could they keep this arrangement? Morally and ethically, how does this company operate so carelessly when elderly people are dependent on them to receive medical care? If you have the option/finances to hire a transport company on your own for your loved one, DO NOT call this one. You are highly like to be disappointed based on reviews and what rehab employees and other patients have told me.
How come there is no way to give 0 stars. My wife is in Ocean Medical waiting for Alert to transport her to Rehab. She was supposed to be picked up at 7pm and it is 4 minutes to 9pm. When the nurse called she was told they would be here by 9pm. It's 915pm now and still a no show.
