I am truly addicted to the French Toast Bagel with maple butter. It is my breakfast go-to and there are some staff who know my order when I come to pick it up from ordering ahead. And honestly, everything I've ever ordered from here has been phenomenal.
The food is always great, but I have a newborn, so I always order ahead online. I got a text that my order was ready so I took him in to pick it up (8 weeks old). They did not have my order, not even an apology, no offer of a drink while I wait and I’m still waiting (10 mins later). Maybe it’s because it’s all young kids working so there is no sense of urgency, not sure. But my baby is screaming and the frustration is real. And….20 mins later I go find out what is going on and they have no idea. I had to leave, so just told them even though I already paid online (and got the charge thru on my credit card) that I had to go. It’s such a disappointment.
So disappointed with my experience today. We love the food here but the cleanliness is a major issue. I usually see the trash overflowing but this is just unacceptable. I told the girl at the resister and she seemed irritated that I brought it up. In the 20 minutes I was here nothing was done about it. The girl at the register also told me I was unable to get points for my order because she didn’t know how to go back?
