See All ReviewsThe place was empty and it took us forever for the waitress Ester to actually serve us. When we asked for silverware, she asked where are we from since Hondurans eat the baleada with their hands. There were two waitresses but neither knew how to provide actual service. The tip is included and I belive wholeheartedly that has contributed to the poor service. I will try their location on 22nd Ave to see if it's any good. Because this location has horrible service.
I ordered a hot coffee, but the waitress gave me a cup with leftover cold coffee in it. I told her I only wanted a hot coffee, but she insisted on pouring the remaining cold coffee into the cup anyway. I wouldn't recommend going there; it's a waste of money and time.
Through this message, I want to inform the Miami community that I visited Atlas Café and received excellent service with professional ethics. The food is delicious, and the place is very clean and family-friendly. If you feel lonely, they will give you the attention you need. The three waitresses are excellent, friendly, and helpful. God bless every member of staff who makes this work possible.
