2 years agoThe best bread. I stopped eating Arabic pita bread after discovering this place. Their Afghan naan is the freshest and the fluffiest. You have to order it ahead of time. Worth every penny.

4 years agoHands down, the most delicious Afghan bread! We moved to Katy, TX from Northern Virginia and stumbled upon this bakery. So so so glad we did because it’s by far the best bread we’ve had. The owner goes out of his way to make a delivery for us to a local Middle Eastern grocer here in Katy just for our convenience. Honestly, I don’t know how we’ll ever go back to the other type of Afghan bread after eating the one from Alvand. 10 stars!

6 years agoThe best bakery in Houston for Persian and other Middle Eastern bread. Yes, it is really THAT good! Their Kabab meals on weekends are so delicious at a fantastic price. I highly recommend Alvand Bakery to everyone!
