See All ReviewsUnfortunately I choose a location ( 815 West Cary St. Richmond, VA ) that didn’t get the memo(s)!!…nothing was branded, not even with MrBeast stickers?! My Beast Burger Combo ( was supposed to be no diced onion ( but I was paying the extra 50 cents for grilled/ caramelized onions ) the burger of course had regular onion,… I had signature (seasoned) fries… of course they were plain old fries… the app had Bottled soda ( implying at least a 16.5 - 20 ounce bottle ) my only option was a 12 ounce can of my chosen soda ( the water option was 16.9 though?!? ) I also wanted to try the Nashville hot chicken strips Sandwich… and of course I was just given a Buffalo style chicken sandwich ( yeah, it’s NOT even on the MR.BEAST app menu ?!?… (( and yes there is a difference )) and another drawback of this virtual kitchen business model… if I what to return or complain about an order,… Who do I contact mom & pop shop restaurant, or search the app or google… One location around me is a Red Robin, I should have chosen them… but the app was glitching out on that location?!… With locations like 815 West Cary St ( in the heart of VCU ) this virtual burger concept is just a soon to be over fad!?! ( I’ll try a BEAST at a Red Robin location before completely giving up though. ) ** review also at MrBeast for iOS app! Update: 01/19/25 ... If you are not aware MrBeast had a legal case against the ghost kitchen company ( and they too took action against him ) about the very issues I experienced. I'm not sure the current outcome of the cases, but suspect AM Kitchen is no longer a ghost kitchen ( good ) ghost kitchens in general may have been a pandemic era fad!
