Caldo de res as good as it gets. A great broth a bit of sweet taste. Handmade flour tortillas excellent. Lemonade with mineral water unique and quenching on a hot Mexico/US border day. Excellent service, everyone very friendly. Another example of Mexican food being twice as good here than over in US.
