See All ReviewsGood food, however poor experience overall. When our guests to the party of 4 arrived, there was a sign on the main door directing them to the side entrance. From there, a sign said please wait to be seated. They waited, then the waitress told them to go to the front to check in. The same waitress went to the front desk and seated them. She only brought water and did not ask if they wanted drinks. When we arrived a few minutes later, she was personable and took our drink order. One of our drinks had the wrong alchohol poured. Then, she forgot to put an order of soup in, and then one of our meals had penne instead of the spagetti, which was ordered. Also, was told bread was brought with entrees, but in prior experiences it was brought initially. Her mentality was that she didn't need to document our order and would recall from memory. When we started placing the order and I noticed she wasn't documenting, I jokingly said "all up here" and pointed to my head... I get that we were a party of 4, but what if I had a robust order? Overall, more management oversight and KPIs are seemingly needed. P.S. the men's bathroom floor needs more maintenance attention by the urinals. I used the stall to avoid standing in a massive puddle of urine, which was under both urinals. I don't typically complain or leave reviews, but this was was warranted.
Pizza is insane. One of the best pep & cheese I’ve ever had.
I have been picking this pizza up on and off for years, it is delicious and they also sold it at my daughters softball games, we have had pizza from everywhere in cosh and tusc counties and amicis is always at the top, only had one bad experience where they misplaced my order but gave me my pizza for free, only cost me an extra 25 min.
