Great food from Amish areas in Pennsylvania. I spent $110 dollars there my first visit 2 weeks ago. $170 on Monday of things that are common in my original hometown, Reading, Pennsylvania. I'll be a regular customer there. Excellent chicken pot pie and Cuban sandwich from the deli. Friendly and helpful staff that carried merchandise to my vehicle, because I'm disabled. I highly recommend it and it's products.
Outstanding stepping into the past for general store delli and items from our past. Brought forward in time. I had a Cuban sandwich that was very good. And Berch Beer that was oh so good. You will be amazed at the canned items and goods. I highly recommend this store.
LOVE this place. I should not be allowed to go in alone. Deli is amazing. Best sandwich in a lone time, made right in front of me. OMG, the whoopie pies!! Shoo-fly-pie!!! Taking me back to childhood. Never had it? You need to!! Pickled eggs!! My salads are happy now. Mallow cups another childhood favorite. I was almost panicked when I didn't see Birch Beer on the shelf but I found it in the cooler. Panick over. I only went in for the chicken pot pie(for those who are not familiar with Amish, chicken and dumplings but SO much better. See, don't go in alone or you will buy everything!! However, your stomach and taste buds will love you!!
