See All ReviewsAwesome pickerel dinner with oven baked mini potatoes and I really appreciated the generosity with the veggies! Very tasty. Friendly staff! Re atmosphere: it's a small dining area, everything is cute and clean but the front door opens directly into the dining area so there's a cold draught (being winter.) Also it's loud and echoey due to high ceilings. But all that is understandable based on the building itself. The food is excellent! Highly recommend!
Not a good choice for spontaneous dining out. My family of four stopped in at 4:30 on a Friday when we saw an open sign on and an empty parking lot. We were turned away at the door because all of the tables were reserved. No patrons were in the restaurant yet. It was pouring rain and we had our two small children, so we started walking to the restaurant across the street. A lady from the restaurant yelled to get us to come back and move our car. We were soaking wet by the time we actually got inside a restaurant that was open to the general public for dinner.
Ate here for the first and last time. Not very friendly service. Food was over priced. Coconut shrimp over cooked and rubbery. Onion soup was still frozen. After the meal I ordered tea and pour in the milk which was sour. The man put the container of milk directly in my face to show me the best before date was still good. I told him I wasn't a witch and I didn't sour the milk. All 3 of the servers need to retire.
