3 weeks agoMy first experience at the register was pleasant. Ordered myself a cold brew with cream. However, here, they allow you to douce yourself with your own cream near the coffee bar behind me. As I pour myself some cream, I find it empty. So I ask the redheaded barista working on Mon. 5/25/26 at 7am. If she could supply me with more cream. She ignores me, not saying a word while she fixes sleeves on her coffee bar. So I became very rude. I know. " Oh, you're just not going to speak?" I say. Then she turns to me acting stunned that I called her out. Her response was, "😳, I had to grab it 🙄." To whomever is in charge, this review is for you to see. If she has an attitude with your paying customers. Put her on the shift that matches her attitude.

2 months agoWhen my flight was delayed, I worried the breastmilk I was traveling with wouldn’t stay cold through the trip so I stopped by the bar to request a cup of ice. I was told it was against policy to provide anything to people who weren’t customers. If this is true, the company should consider revisiting this policy (and their sense of empathy). Another establishment was happy to help me, thankfully.

4 months agoI always try to go here for my scrambled eggs + bacon. Their earl grey tea smacks and they even give u salsa for ur eggs. And they do this all in 5 seconds so idk what people are complaining about. I love Annie’s 😍😍 I go even when my gate is on the opposite side of the airport if I have that much time

6 months agoPeople were polite, but they tried to charge $3 extra per taco for sausage instead of bacon. Got the tacos and there was no potato. When I went up to ask she said "we don't have any potatoes". Why does the menu say potatoes then... I just paid $15 for two tortillas with bacon and egg.

6 months agoI love getting the chicken salad combo. It’s the perfect healthy adult lunchable for a flight. No idea why the reviews are so negative ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

7 months agoAs someone with Celaic, I love when there are gluten free options at an airport so I ventured over Annie’s to get a GF sandwich. I ordered a turkey with Brie and was shocked at the cost of $23 just for the sandwich and disappointed by the thin turkey lunch meat! When I ordered the description was roasted turkey and to get lunch meat (which I had no idea if it was GF) was so puzzling for a person with Celiac! The Odi’s bread was stale and the Brie was not melted. Finally, it told over 20 mins to get my food. Would not recommend.

a year agoAnnie’s has a wide selection of grab and go food, drinks, snacks, and a small deli area where you can get things to make a meal. They also have sandwiches, and a nice seating area. There’s a bar with a live music stage next to it and when I was there last there was somebody playing. Annie is seating area is a nice place to hang out. That usually has some space. The food here is good, I have not gotten anything from the bar so I can’t speak to that.

a year agoAnnies Cafe & Bar Review Starting my day early at the airport, Annies Cafe & Bar delivered exactly what I needed. At 5:30 am, the latte was perfect—smooth and satisfying, hitting the spot for my caffeine fix. The cinnamon roll was a delightful treat, fresh and flavorful. My only small wish was that it could have been warmed, but even so, it was still delicious. A great way to kick off a travel day! Would definitely stop by again.
