Staying in a hotel here in Crestview and was looking for Mexican food to go when De Socorro appeared in the search results. Have had good results with Puerto Rican food in the past and this little food truck did not disappoint. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
We got 2 meat and cheese empanadas and 2 guava and cheese, they were both delicious and authentic. We also got the tostones, I would definitely recommend this place for genuine comfort Puerto Rican food. Very friendly owner as well.
Ate here yesterday for the first time. I got the Pernil and fried sweet plantains. The Pernil was seasoned very well and very most. The plantains were nicely fried and delicious. The owner was friendly and amazing. I can with my family, including a newborn, and she brought the food out to us. If you go, make sure to bring a cash tip. The food and service are well worth it!
