My family and I stop by this place to have breakfast and the food was cold ,I requested a coffee and I got instant coffee instead, the lady that was helping us looked completely lost we thought she was new, When it was time for us to pay she had add extra money in some dishes like the hen soup was $17 and she was charging $20 When I ask her about it, she said that was the price for the kitchen !I mean how?? Then she said they literally just changed the prices,another extra charge she said that’s with the tax for the pupusas ,it was very disappointing , I strongly recommend the owner or the person in charge of this place to train your stuff and to double check or update the menu prices.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was completely empty, and the food did not look appetizing when it arrived. The breakfast included burnt eggs, cold beans, a very small piece of steak, hard avocado, and green, undercooked plantains. The pupusas were extremely soggy and tasted like they had been microwaved, not freshly made. The coffee was instant, which was also disappointing. The menu prices were listed, but at checkout we were told the prices were different because the kitchen was taxing each food item for an extra dollar or more, which was very confusing and not explained beforehand. When we asked about it, they said those were the kitchen prices, which is strange and unprofessional from a customer standpoint. The restroom was also a concern — no soap available and the door did not lock, and overall the place looked poorly maintained. The only positive was the server, who was polite and kind. Unfortunately, good service alone cannot make up for poor food quality, cleanliness issues, and confusing pricing. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.
Came in Wednesday asked for a margarita the lady at the bar did not know what I was talking about than on top of that she double charged my card! Tried to call them and told they do not speak English! Now have to dispute the transaction through my bank! If English is your primary language do not come here they will double charge your card than tell you they speak no English
