I think that this is a really great concept. I love that it is all whole food, plant based, and local with a rotating menu. Stopping into the Troy location was great - the young lady who helped me was very polite and professional. She made my experience great for the small amount of time that I was there. I tried the mujaddara, and it was delicious. I will definitely try this place again in the future. The only thing that I wish is that there was a full ingredient list on each dish. I have a pretty strict diet and follow ingredients very closely so I feel that having a detailed ingredient list (with common allergens) would be very helpful for everyone. Overall, glad to have a business like this around.
Found this place on IG and went in to check it out. This food is really really good. Vegan and fresh. Owner was there too! They have a ever rotating menu. It's meal prep to go. Stop and check it out. I got the Pineapple Fried Rice and salted caramel brownie.
My partner and I found out about this place from an instagram ad. We're SO glad we checked them out. Their food and juices are 100% vegan & organic. We tried the tofu scallopini, mac & cheese, BLT wrap, sweet potato salad, PB chocolate cake, coconut cake, Aratham orange and Aratham yellow (juices) and we absolutely loved everything! The owner was incredibly nice and told us about their business and products. Aratham quickly shot up to my favorites places to eat. We can't wait to go back.
