See All ReviewsThe young ladies in this store really know their stuff! I went in for a few things a while back, and they were very helpful and welcoming. They're very knowledgeable about their products, and when I asked questions, they kindly answered them. I’ll be a returning customer and will continue to support our local businesses!
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have visited this store multiple times with my husband, who is Haitian, and each visit has been uncomfortable due to the behavior of one of the employees. She consistently gives mean looks and smirks and comes across as very unwelcoming toward mixed-race couples. She will speak directly to my husband but completely ignore me when I ask questions, as if I am not present. On our most recent visit, I asked a question three separate times to ensure she hadn’t simply missed it due to her child crying in the store. She looked directly at me and responded with a nasty look instead of answering. It was clear she understands English, as she was speaking English to her child moments earlier. Because of this behavior, my husband and I chose to leave the store without making a purchase. And this is the look she gives every time we come into this business until we leave. Thank you for your response. I believe there may be some confusion. My husband’s name is Kent, not Wood, and he is not a Haitian artist. I am a mixed-race female, and it seems you may be mistaking me for someone else. On neither of my two visits was I asked if I was recording, nor did my husband purchase herbs. My review reflects my personal experience during those visits. I wanted to clarify these details for accuracy.
Friendly staff. Good selection. Clean. Good atmosphere
