Listen, I'm usually pretty easy to please, especially when there's meat involved in Northern Mexico. But Asadero Las Palmas? It was a major letdown. This place needs to rethink its strategy, or at least its grill master. The place was packed and not in a good, vibrant way. It was LOUD, and the ventilation seemed non-existent. We left smelling like a burnt grease trap, and the tables felt sticky—like they hadn't seen a proper cleaning rag since before the pandemic. It felt more like a sweaty pit stop than a nice dinner out.
