Have been seeing Dr Gupta for over 20 years.He is excellent
Good doctor, he received my wife with a terrible stomach pain, Very polite Helped. good staff, especially the girl Vanessa at the front desk is very helpful.
I’m a long time patient, never had my symptoms taking care of up until it got so worst to the point I couldn’t eat solid food for almost 2 weeks. After procedure done, called the office to notified them that I’ve been to three pharmacies and they do not have the medications the doctor prescribed after the procedure. The office staff lady yelled at me on the phone, not sure if she had a bad day or something. I was so in pain, still couldn’t eat solid food. She put me on hold and transferred me to the doctor. The first thing came out of the doctor’s mouth on the phone to me was “number one don’t disrespect my staff,” he showed no concerns and had told me to wait the next morning to have my medications. The worst experience ever. Lesson learned, without the patients’ money, staff wouldn’t get paid....I am very hurt for him to come out for me and didn’t care to let me have my medications that day that I had my procedure.
