3 months agoAmazing food. As a korean, I was impressed. Everything is fresh and tasted homemade and they are creative with the fusion, which I typically dont like but they were stellar and at a great price. We had the tacos, ddukbokki, bulgogi bowl, and the kimbap. Would eat it all again. 감사합니다!!

4 months agoThe owners were so nice. Service was amazing. Very attentive and food was cooked to order. We ordered the bulgogi bowl and it was delicious. Generous portions and very fair prices.

5 months agoHands down my favorite spot. 🙌 The food is always fresh, flavorful, and generous, and the prices are super fair. But the best part is the couple who runs this stand from Wed–Sunday—they’re genuinely the kindest, warmest people and make you feel like family every time. 10/10 recommend. 🌟

7 months agoFood was authentically scrumptious and service was exceptional! The owners prepare everything on the spot and are so endearing. They even gave us a generous portion after noticing that we were sharing. We got the bulgogi with noodles, kimchi dumplings, spicy pork tacos, and a lil drink they described to us as Korean horchata. Everything was a hit so we will def be back to try the rest of the menu.

7 months agoSovanna and Ken have been here for 16 months but it was the first time my husband and I stumbled upon this place after making a late night Whole Foods run. Their spicy pork tacos were delicious! The couple here makes you feel so welcome and so at home. I am excited to try their ramen in the future! Finally, not needing to go to Ktown for homemade Korean food!

a year agoBulgogi Bliss: A Korean BBQ Fusion You Won't Want to Miss! This isn't your typical KBBQ experience. While they definitely showcase the deliciousness of marinated bulgogi, they've cleverly incorporated it into some familiar favorites, creating something truly unique. The bulgogi burger had flavorful bulgogi nestled in a soft bun with onion, chives, and carrots. The bulgogi tacos were tender, with marinated beef paired with fresh onion, carrots, peppers, and chives was a revelation. Beyond the burger and tacos, Assa also offers a range of other dishes all looking delightful and fairly priced. While I didn't get to try everything (sadly!), I heard rave reviews about the bulgogi burger and that was the first pick. The menu is creative and exciting, offering something for everyone, whether you're a KBBQ aficionado or just looking for a delicious and unique meal. The atmosphere of the pop-up was also fantastic. Ken and Savannah are incredibly friendly and helpful. This is Korean BBQ fusion done right. Five stars!

a year agoWow! This is definitely one of the best places I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining. The beef bulgogi tacos are out of this world. I’ve never got close to enjoying Korean food this delicious anywhere else (I’m from Boston). Cooked fresh right in front of you with the highest quality ingredients, I don’t know where else you could find something so tasty. The owner and his fellow staff were warm, welcoming, and just salt of the earth people. I would not be surprised if this place is recognized by a prestigious authority on food in the very near future. Do yourself a favor and come here, you can thank me later.
