See All ReviewsWhat in the world. A guy is out here playing guitar like we’re about to have a charming little Saturday night, so we sit outside thinking we’re in for a good time. Cute idea, right? 6:45 pm — I go inside and grab menus myself because apparently that’s a DIY situation here. 7:00 pm — still only 1 server who is ignoring our table, not even a glance. 7:11 pm — someone at our table points out that every single group around us is getting served, including people who walked in long after we did. 7:20 pm — we give up and leave because clearly we’re invisible. Atmosphere? Lovely. Service? Nonexistent. Do not come here expecting food, drinks, acknowledgment, or even basic human recognition in anything resembling a reasonable timeframe. This place is vibes only — and not in a good way.
We visited on a Saturday afternoon and took seats at the bar. The bartenders weren’t able to tell us much about the bourbons or the draft selections, but they were quick to offer us a taste to ensure it was something we liked, which was very appreciated. The quesadilla we shared was very good. It seems that the day we visited something was wrong with their drafts because my husband and another guest felt they tasted odd. They offered bottled beers and apologized. The bourbon pour we chose was delicious. There are many tables available, seating at the bar, and a back room with a pool table and darts.
This is a cozy pub to stop in and have a drink and a good meal. The staff is friendly the locals embrace new faces. Very comfortable atmosphere and good prices. We did some holiday shopping on main street and it was the perfect lunch stop in between stores.
