Horrible customer service. I ordered a small pizza to-go and the cashier questioned my order and gave unnecessary commentary instead of just taking it. I waited a long time for my pizza and watched one come out and sit on the counter for at least 15 minutes. When I finally received a text saying my food was ready, I went to the pickup area and was completely ignored while employees stood there staring at me — one was even eating pizza behind the counter. When I asked about my order, I was handed the pizza that had clearly been sitting out. When I pointed this out, I was lied to and told it “just came out,” even though I had been watching the entire time. I asked for a box since it was supposed to be to-go, and it was thrown next to the pizza. They refused to remake the pizza or issue a refund. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.
rudest customer service i’ve ever experienced. unfortunately, there pizza is very good and it’s hard to decide if i want to bite the bullet and be treated like garbage for a good meal :)
I had a terrible experience. The customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional, and the pizza was even worse — it came with barely any cheese and tasted nothing like what I ordered. For the price, I expected much better quality. I won’t be returning
