Hell yeah. Henderson has needed this place for a while. Im only upset I didn't go sooner. Its so bomb. Definitely get the cilantro sauce to dip your fries in, or just put it on everything. Soooo good. This place easily clears the big names like 5 guys and inNout. Yes its that good. Ill be going back for full menu testing.
Aztec Burger has become one of our go-to burger spots in Henderson. We’ve eaten here a few times now and the smashed burgers are consistently on point. I usually order the OG without cheese, and my husband loves the half-and-half burger with chorizo (also without cheese). Both are always flavorful and cooked just right. The portions are great too — the burgers come with a generous serving of fries, which makes it an even better value. If you’re in Henderson and craving a really good smashed burger, Aztec Burger is definitely worth checking out.
Blown away!! So freakin’ delicious and honestly might be the best burger I’ve had in Vegas. I had the Aztec Burger and my boyfriend had the OG Smash Burger. Both were super flavorful and juicy with perfect toppings. Also, the fries and sweet potato fries were on point - pretty sure they are hand cut. Employees were very nice, offered great suggestions and the food came out quickly. We will definitely be back!
