See All ReviewsThis unassuming restaurant I stopped at before an event at the local high school. What brought me in was the name, which I think was meant to be a play on 8 am. There is a broad variety of breakfast and lunch options, featuring Mexican and traditional foods along with juices, smoothies, viral drinks, and coffee. I had there regular coffee. I take my coffee black but it had a delightful cinnamon flavor, likely due to it being brewed with a cinnamon stick. The value was good, there are vegetarian options, and I plan on taking my young girls there. Service was awesome for a small restaurant like this. The woman working the counter checked on me several times. As far as food, I took the chilaquiles divorciado which I first had at Harry's breakfast cafe in Midtown. This is chilaquiles with one side having red sauce and the other having green sauce. It was great and was not too heavy. It isn't the location's fault, but the strip center isn't pretty to look at and the inside probably gets a bit cramped on the weekends. For what it is, the food was superb, the service excellent, and the value was great. I highly recommend this place if you live nearby. Try the coffee!
This birria chilaquiles breakfast plate brought me back from the dead. Just came off night shift and felt like I was barely hanging on, ate this, and felt like living was worthwhile. An explosion of flavor. Truly God Bless the cook. It was like a warm embrace.
This place is so underrated! The breakfast was so good We got the chilaquiles and huevos rancheros 😍 loved it and the agua Fresca was soooo delicious 😋 will be coming back for sure
