This small donut shop has fresh delicious donuts and kolachs. The staff is friendly and service is quick.
Never coming back here. First, I noticed the ambiance lacked cleanliness for a donut shop. The server was very unfriendly even though I was smiling and was very quick with my order. He even mumbled something under his breath which I believe was an insult to me. Plus donuts were very basic, and slightly undercooked.
Great donuts! Not too sweet and really fluffy dough. Jalapeño Kolaches aren’t as spicy as I’d like but still good.
The donuts tastes weird compared to other places. The inside is a mess, the baseboards need a deep clean and the drink I got was expired with dirt and bugs in it. The worker(s) look uninterested in working, and the guy who got our donuts didn't want to grab the donuts we wanted (I'm being dramatic, it was just weird). Not coming back 😑
The donuts lack freshness, taste, and variety. The service is slow, and the staff seems disinterested. The ambiance is dull, and the prices don't justify the quality. A regrettable experience; better donut options are available. 🍩👎🚫
Great customer service, very friendly folks. The Donuts are fresh and they have a wide variety of things. The Jalapeno sausage is really tasty, as well. Give them a try!
We have a Rep/ Vendor that brings Donuts & Kolaches from BT whenever she visits and I tell you, we're all 🤩 when she arrives with these goodies!! I travel from Carrollton to Allen for them!
DO NOT GO HERE. Their donuts & kolaches are subpar and they are not honest with their pricing. They charged me $30.60. I thought that seemed a bit high for what I ordered. I calculated the price myself (including tax) & it came out to $24.01. I ordered 12 small regular kolaches ($1.09 ea), 6 glazed donuts ($0.75 ea), 2 chocolate glazed donuts ($0.85 ea), 2 apple fritters ($1.30 ea), and 2 blueberry donuts (devil food) $1 ea. After bringing this to the lady's attention, she just took $2 out of the drawer and tried to give me it for me to leave. I then did the calculation (same as above) and informed her that she overcharged me $6.59 (27.5% overcharge). She punched some keys on her calculator, mumbled something about the box for the kolaches is extra, and then handed me $4.01. I took that and left since I was now starting to get late for work and did not want to deal with it. Anyway, please do not support this dishonest business
