For the first time in my life I was so frustrated at the quality of food, I didn’t ask for a refund, I simply just got up and walked out. This place has no business being open in a busy airport terminal. The food is HORRIBLE. Ordered the Nashville hot chicken biscut first. The biscuit was ice cold and as hard as a brick. I didn’t get to take a bite of this biscuit as it almost took out my teeth. I should have known from the look that it was going to be bad The bartender working said that the Steel City Chicken Sandwich was a better option and offered to replace the first order with that. Guess what…. This sandwich was a heavier degree of disgusting. In what world do we put sautéed onions and peppers on a fried chicken sandwich?? The flavor combinations were bad, the food had no flavor, and I really question if the menu itself just needs to be revamped completely, along with whoever is in the kitchen that allowed food of this quality to be served to paying customers. The place looks nice from the outside looking in, but everything past that is not up to par.
I got a spam and egg sandwich (without spam and egg) recommended by waitress but I probably would've preferred the cheeseburger as it was a bit sweet. The mocktail, Passionate Punch was delicious. Sports played on the TV with bar and booth/table seating available.
Don’t come here for the food. It is inedible. I ordered the chicken waffle and they were out bc “their waffle maker doesn’t work.” I ate 1 bite of my toast which was dry and rock hard. You can’t even cut the sausage patties bc they’re so hard and taste like they were cooked days ago and reheated. The server was great, and drinks were good, but the food is less than a 0/10.
