I’ve ordered takeout from here many times, so you can imagine my surprise when my wife and I were halfway through our meal and found a cockroach in our food. 🤢 I immediately called and was told a manager would contact me. After several days with no response, I followed up and was eventually informed that a refund had already been issued. While I appreciate the refund, the lack of communication and complete absence of any outreach from management was extremely disappointing. Finding a cockroach in your food is absolutely repulsive, but the way the situation was handled made it even worse.
Cute little modern walk-in restaurant. Food was delicious. You can choose your level of spice…fair warning even mild has a little kick for the pad thai. Drinks were served in a bottle with a cup of ice. Overall we really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!
When I walked in, the young lady was working on something she had gloves on, but they were also ripped. She did welcome me, and she took my order, but she never changed her gloves. I didn’t really like that. The food was tasty. I got the garlic pepper chicken, but it was mostly onions not so much chicken. It was quiet for weekend night . Lots of space very cold 🥶 For service, I would just recommend teaching the young kids how to change out gloves or wash hands and pull their pants up. No one wants to see their bottoms.
