Not worth all the hype you hear! The plateful in defuniak springs is 100 times better, cheaper, and the food is way better. The adds show things on the buffet but when you get there those are not on the buffet. If you want the crab boil, that is extra on top of the buffet price and sold by the pound. Definitely will NOT be going back
Food was not good at all. No flavor to a lot of things I eat regularly at other places. Server was not it at all she didn’t even ask once for a refill. While you are trying to serve your self food at the buffet the lady taking out food to refill buffet was in one mood only and that was you get out of her way or else she won’t move at all. I watched her have a stand off with one person and just stood there until they moved out her way. Another time I watched her almost burn a child with a hot pan. I had a group of 16 people. I had to give everyone their silverware I also had to pass out the drinks from head of table instead of server. Food was not at all anything worth going back for. My brother and I put cash on the table for tip. We forgot about the about 6 people automatic gratuity. When this server I swear I wish I knew her name anyways when she brought our tickets she snagged the cash and tip. So once we review our bills we seen they take on the gratuity which we forgot. So I went back and got my cash back. Rhee service or food wasn’t even worth what was added. I do not recommend this place and will not be back.
This is easily the best buffet in Crestview! This town really needed an Asian buffet and Baobao fills the void and then some! All of the food is always fantastic! It has the biggest selection I've seen. The only competition was a similar buffet down in FWB many years ago on I-98 but they are long gone. Not only is the food great, but the place is always spotless and the atmosphere is perfect! Last but not least, the staff is super friendly and efficient and the manager Jason is a great guy with a super friendly attitude. He has worked hard with his staff to make his restaurant our new favorite!
