4 months agoAn incredible little place that is owned and operated by a incredibly kind and welcoming family. Food is on point. Made fresh in front of you if you sit at the traditional Mexican style lunch counter. Love this place and the family as well.

5 months agoSuper nice people. But I'm here to talk about the food. The homemade tortilla was incredible. The cheese was cheesy and the meat was so tender and delicious.. I had a cup of that stuff on the side. I didn't even need to use it. I got the big one for like $13 and a Coke. It was fire.

5 months agoGreat authentic Mexican food a true grass roots mom and pop restaurant delicious food as if it was cooked by your abuelita they have birria and queso birria true recipe as they are meant to be. great hand made tortilla tacos truly an authentic Mexican food place even the drinks are truly authentic their jamaica drink is real hibiscus horchata is true recipe nothing from a bag truly heartwarming that they have real recipes like like the ones my aunt makes in Mexico truly a great place to visit if you want an authentic experience 10/10 best chicken tacos in the city

5 months agoThis place has that true focus that’s all about the food. I walked into Barca Restaurant looking for a burrito. I was not expecting the quality of food that was an option for me. I choose the Platillo Del Birria. The flavor and freshness were unbelievably delicious!

7 months agoAmazing food. Got the Guisados green with chicken and it was fanominal. The atmosphere of the place is made by the stove being in sight while the lovely chefs work their magic. And ask for the Valentina hot sause, it was so good.

a year agoDining here feels like you’re in Grandma's kitchen, and she’s cooking right in front of you, handing you whatever else you may need. I’m a big fan of their tortillas, they’re large and super filling. The owner took the time to talk to us and give us an inside scoop on her special weekend menu. The birria here is goat, not beef, so I had to skip, but the carne asada tacos are bomb, and so is the rice. Great neighborhood spot to just sit alone and enjoy your meal. BYOB and liquor store next door just don’t park in their lot, they will tow you.

a year agoI absolutely love this restaurant. The food is delicious. The Birria Egg rolls are so good definitely worth getting. The tacos and handmade tortillas are some of the best I’ve had. The quesabirria tacos are packed with meat and cheese. The sopes are huge. The enfrijoladas are nostalgic not many places have enfrijoladas. Honestly, I haven’t had anything bad here. Anything you get will be worth it. The sweet lady who takes care of you is a plus. The customer service is great. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Definitely worth it!
