My neighbor lives in 26c, and if you have a neighbor like this, there no need to live here. Noise from early until the next day, overcrowding of tenants staying inside the unit, management knows, nothing is done besides notice after notice after notice. At this point, what is the point of having management if they've known about this for over a year, have sent many notices, and nothing has been done as far as getting the tenant moved or have their contract terminated?! I really don't even want to blame management really, because she shouldn't have to babsit her tenants. But some are just completely bent on not following the lease. I mean, this tenant literally ran over a light posts in the back section while driving drunk on the property. Isn't enough enough?! We can't keep feeling sorry for people who know and agreed to the rules and have MANY notices about their conduct, just because they have small kids. I'm sorry. At some point management and ownership have to start holding the tenants with children accountable, since most of those units are the ones causing most of the issues with noise, repairs, etc. If the kids cant even play on the premises, then there's no point in renting to people with small children. It literally makes no sense at all. Especially when this entire community is mostly seniors throughout the entire radius of the neighborhood on Temple and throughout Landis ave. And there's nowhere for them to even play. I take care of my mom who has high blood pressure and suffers from other conditions as well. We are looking for peace. And this is'nt it.

I’ve been living here for two years and I love it! I don’t have any issues here. If anything goes wrong Peggy takes care of it right away! The pool is clean and has a lifeguard on duty. Great maintenance as well!
