Amazing experience every time I visit! The staff always treats me with kindness and respect, and the restaurant is very clean and organized. The food is absolutely delicious — some of the best Afghan food I’ve had in Sacramento. The kabobs, rice, and fresh bread are always full of flavor and taste authentic. You can really tell they care about quality and their customers. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great Afghan food and excellent service!
I had a great experience at Barg Restaurant! The customer service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What stood out the most was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the entire visit. I enjoy this place so much that I’ve now become a regular customer. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service!
I'm in love!!! Their portion sizes are otherworldly -- I paid for one meal and got enough food for 3! The lamb shang came out perfectly, with soft juicy bone meat that was perfectly cooked and spiced. Side salad was also a really nice touch. Make sure to call and order ahead to allow for enough prep time (though there are quite a lot of cool things to browse in the market while waiting for food to come out). Takeout only.
