For Batona Trail thru-hikers: I left my brand new car here for 3 nights(thurs-sunday) and not a scratch on it when I got back. I've done a lot of other trail parking lots for overnight hikes and been uneasy about leaving my car but not at this one. This is just my personal opinion but this parking lot felt safe to leave the car at.
